No. Only an ultrasound can tell you that.
No. But you can find out making some chromosom tests. There are some test made to determine if the fetus is ok (down sindrom, etc...) and since they extract some tissues or fluids from your body, they can analize and say if it is a boy or a girl. The soones period is 9weeks. The first test is Chorionic Villus Sampling at 8-13weeks but is better to perform it at 11weeks to reduce some risks you expose your future child) and the second amniocentesis recommended starting 12weeks. You should ask a doctor for a precise answer. Both tests can also be used for paternity issues.
