Look in Microsoft Xbox's support section of their website and there should be a form for you to fill out where you can exchange it for a new game.
this was microsoft's simple solution to noise and scratched disc problems. by downloading the game to your harddrive, it runs the disc to verify the title and then plays it from your harddrive. this reduces the noise(eliminates the noise of the disc spinning) and prevents most disc scratching(although it can still be scratched at the start)
If the CD is unreadable, contact Microsoft about getting a replacement disc.
The problem is likely a scratched disc if other games play fine
try it

With care not to scratch the disc, if the disc is already scratched the cleaning will not help
The disc has the potential to get scratched, especially if the disc was spinning when the console was moved.
Make sure the Game disc is not scratched
It means your disc is scratched.
probably because the disc might be scratched
You don't fix a game disc that is scratched you replace it
if it isn't scratched, why would it require fixing? it could be your console that isn't functioning correctly.
