deoxys-beat the elite four and go to spear pillar but you have to have a kirlia in your party.make sure you have alot of ultra balls because i caught mine in a ultra ball. mew-migrate it from Pokemon emerald,ruby,sapphire,firered or leafgreen. lugia-do the same thing you did for mew .

In any game of Pokemon, not just Diamond and Pearl, you either cheat to get him, which i wouldn't recommend, or wait for an event for mew. Mew is my favorite Pokemon!

(By the way, Deoxys can be found at Birth Island in the GameBoy Pokemon Cartridges.)Mew - It seems that Emerald is the only GameBoy Pokemon Cartridge that has Mew. Migrate Mew to Pokemon Pearl or Diamond, like Deoxys, and trade it to HeartGold or SoulSilver. (Mew can be found at Faraway Island in Emerald.)Celebi - Migrate from the GameBoy Pokemon Cartridges to Pokemon Pearl or Diamond by the Pal Park.
