Sacred Heart Medical Diet. Works wonders! and you get to eat too. I like to blend the soup its tastes a bit better, similar to V8 juice. Can drink cold or eat hot plus you get to Eat vegitables and steaks. I usually lose 7 pounds in a week or 10 if I excersize.
