Start with your Alternate email account. Click "Forgot Password". Follow the directions there to reset that password. IMPORTANT: write down New Password and put it in a safe place where you won't forget it. For example, in a diary, in an address book, or on a calendar that you keep at home.
Next, repeat for the Primary Email Account. You'll likely need to go to the Alternaate Email next to reset the Primary Account.
On ALL email accounts, set Personal Questions. Use ones others will not guess. Write down the questions and answers and keep those in a safe place separate from your passwords.
