Most l;ikely but you have to get it diagnosed. Could be a head gasket
One dipstick Is oil one is transmission
No. Buick, Olds, Pontiac, and Cadillac are the same. Chevrolet is different.
You don't set timing on a carburator or are you asking the timing on the motor
change nothing!!! that's the beauty of the small block Chevrolet motor. look for proper accessory bolt holes on heads.
The blower motor resister block is located in the center of the dash. Remove the complete glovebox and look to the left and you will see it...............
the firing order for a 1998 chevorlet 350 motor is 1,8,4,3,6,5,7,2 clockwise on the distributorAnswerAll small block Chevy V8's are 18436572
Yes, they are one and the same, displacement wise anyway. I'm going to look and see if the LS blocks are compatible with the say the LT's, and the 1st generation 350's, if they are different, might be, different block, heads, Trans mounting. 5.7=350ci in Chevrolet's.
The Chevrolet small block is affordable, versatile, plentiful, stock parts and performance parts are easily available. That would be a good choice IMO.
We need to know size engine you have.
this is a mess of a question and the answer is NO. why? because there was never a big block 350 made by Chevrolet and as far as a short block 350 on the transmission? who cares rather the motor had heads or not (i.e. short block= crate motor sold without heads). if you asked me if a big block Chevy will bolt up to a transmission that came in a vehicle with a small block i would say yes.
There are two types of 2006 Chevrolet HHRs: LS and LT. The 2006 Chevrolet HHR LS Wagon has a 2.2L motor. The 2006 Chevrolet HHR LT Wagon has a 2.2L motor.
It is screwed into the passenger side of the engine block between the starter and motor mount. You will have to get under the truck to be able to see it
