i don't think so... but there is a U.S. law SB1070, that says,
" a violation of human rights and injustice against the integrity of our communities."
what this means (i'm guessing), is that its a violation to force someone or kick out someone who already has been in the U.S., for some time....
Some people view illegal immigration as breaking the law, which is why they may treat illegal immigrants as criminals. There is also a belief that illegal immigrants are taking jobs and resources away from citizens, leading to negative perceptions. Additionally, there can be fear and misinformation surrounding immigration, further fueling negative attitudes towards illegal immigrants.
It can be addictive and destroys families by taking away necessary income.
In order to develop your own opinion on immigration, you must first educate yourself on the subject. Do some research. Consider things such as:Where are most people immigrating from? What are they trying to get away from? Are you considering immigration in general, or only illegal? What is your country's history of immigration?Where would your country be without legal immigrants?Where would your country be without illegal immigrants? What are the pros of immigration? What are the cons of immigration? How many immigrants are employed?Do employed immigrants take away from jobs of those already in your country, or are they jobs that locals would be unwilling to take?Does immigration have any effect on crime rates?Does immigration lend to the culture of the area, or take away from?Once you have a good collection of statistics from multiple sources, look them over and see how each one makes you feel. This will help you form an educated opinion.
Yes! Just like Limewire, it is taking away from artists that have worked hard to get their music sold.
It really isn't. It can BECOME bad when people take advantage of immigration by running away from their previous crimes and etc. I believe that the US thinks ALL immigrants are taking advantage of us, even though they aren't.
maybe but that's illegal so better forget and find someone my age anyway just a crush will go away
First of all, lets separate the term "immigrant" from the term "illegal immigrant." I do not personally believe that "the government" is focused on such activity. As a matter of fact, many citizens are beginning to believe that "the government" pays TOO LITTLE attention to the illegal immigration situation.Additionally, the answer to part of the question lies within the question itself. If you are illegaly in this country you cannot expect to have ANY "rights."The questioner does not give their country of origin, nor is it even necessary.... but, the questioner should research the immigration laws of THEIR own country of origin before they criticize the US government and its citizens. I believe that they will find that THEIR country's immigration laws treat illegal immigrants to THEIR country MUCH MORE HARSHLY.
immigration
Sure they can. Just go to your local Immigration office. They'll put you on a plane straight away.
It probably be best to contact the police in this case. But yes it is illegal to take your kid. Especially if she is running away.
To ask this question is to ask how to rob a bank or how to buy pirated DVD's. You wouldn't. Illegal downloads, and robbery are both illegal. By getting a code you are taking a webkin away from someone else. You wouldn't want to do this.
Some people believe that illegal immigrants are taking our jobs and that they are being taken on because they are getting paid much less. However if we don't apply for these jobs, then we don't know if we will get the job or not.
