In Revelation 7:15, the text describes those who have emerged from the great tribulation as being in the presence of God, serving Him continuously in His temple. This passage raises a philosophical question about the nature of time in a metaphysical realm such as heaven. The reference to 'day and night' should not be interpreted through our conventional understanding of time, which is a human conceptualization based on the cyclical patterns of celestial bodies and atomic changes. Rather, in this context, 'day and night' symbolize an uninterrupted, eternal service to God. It implies a state of existence beyond physical time, untethered from the temporal constraints of the material universe.

This interpretation aligns with the notion that God transcends time, existing in a realm where temporal measurements lose their meaning. Consequently, those who are in God's presence, as mentioned in Revelation 7:15, are also envisioned to exist in this timeless state. This idea is further reinforced in Revelation 22:5, which negates the necessity of any physical light sources like lamps or the sun in God's presence, emphasizing the perpetual and eternal nature of this existence. Here, 'eternity' is not just an unending duration but a different quality of existence, one that is fundamentally outside the bounds of earthly temporal experience. Thus, in the divine presence, the traditional dichotomy of day and night dissolves, reflecting a realm where time, as we understand it, ceases to hold sway.

Concepts of day and night, as we understand them on Earth, may not apply in the same way in the context of heaven, as it is often depicted as a realm beyond the physical world. Different religious and spiritual beliefs offer various interpretations of the nature of heaven, and whether it experiences day and night is subject to interpretation or may not be addressed at all.

Yes. However, there won't be the sun or the moon we are used to, because it states in Revelation that they won't be needed. This doesn't mean that there isn't day or night, though. Here's why.

For this reason they are [now] before the [very]throne of God and serve Him DAY and NIGHT in His sanctuary (temple); and He Who is sitting upon the throne will protect and spread His tabernacle over and shelter them with His presence. (Revelation 7:15)

Many people will tell you there is no night in Heaven, and use the verse below as proof. But they aren't reading correctly. There will be night on the new Earth, most likely, but not in the city of New Jerusalem, because that is where God will be. There is also a great tree in the city, which bears fruit every month! There is time in Heaven, obviously, and there would have to be night in order for a day to be complete, correct?

And there shall be no night THERE (in the city); and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God gives them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever. (Revelation 22:5)

It also plainly teaches that God creates darkness (as in night time) in one verse of The Bible. He created the night and the stars, anyway! So it's not like it's a curse. Satan just made it like one. So yes, there is day and night in Heaven.

What were the accomplishments of the goddess chaos?

Chaos, being alike to air and mist, parts the earth from heaven in ancient Greek myths; it was she who brought forth Darkness (Erebus) and Night (Nyx) who together would bring forth Day (Hemera) and bright Air (Aither); they in turn brought about Heaven (Ouranos), Earth (Gaia), and Sea (Thalassa). So it is that the accomplishment of Chaos is everything: night, air of darkness, day, bright air, heaven, earth, and sea.
