If food were to be perfectly harvested, processed, and distributed, everyone in the world could be fed, all seven billion of the world's human population, and all the cats and dogs too, and every living thing, at least for now. But when living things are well fed, they are going to reproduce, and the existing population will get larger, and eventually it would not be possible to feed every living thing. It wouldn't take very long, either. Remember, bacteria are also living things. And bacteria take only a matter of hours to reproduce. It's very fast. But even if we disqualify bacteria, and focus only on human beings, we are approaching the theoretical limit of how many people can be supported by the planet Earth.
Energy from the sun makes earth warm enough to support life and growth
There are actually a couple different reasons that Earth can support living things. The main reason, essentially, is breathable atmosphere.
Because there is Oxygen, suitable amounts of Carbon Dioxide, and enough H2O to support life.

Earth is known as the living planet because the conditions required to support life are found only on earth.
Source of heat energy that keeps the surface of the Earth warm enough support LIFE
The biosphere is the region of the Earth that supports all living things. It includes the atmosphere and the hydrosphere of the Earth.
Because Earth is the only planet in our solar system to support life.
Water, oxygen, sunlight
As far as we know, the Earth is the only planet fit enough to support life.
we cant get enough water
