No. In the Qur'an, most references to the earth make it clear that it is flat like a carpet. In just one instance, there is ambiguity. Sura 79.030 is generally translated as "And after that He spread the earth," but Khalifa translates it as "He made the earth egg-shaped." The Greeks had established that the earth is spherical one thousand years before the Qur'an was written, so it would be nothing special if the Arabs knew of this.
