Absolutely nothing has ever been announced on a PS4 coming out except rumors by writers trying to fill a blog with there feeling and rumors. In any case it is very unlikely it could be called the PS4.
There is going to be a ps4 released in 2012 but the ps3 hasn't done anything near what it can do. It has 3 times the power and abilities than Xbox 360 and 10 times as much as wii.
