No, Judas Iscariot is in hell for eternity with no chance at all of salvation because he had his chance at salvation while he was with Jesus Christ for three and a half years, and he then betrayed Him.

Jesus knew Judas would betray Him:-

Joh 6:70-71 KJV Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil? [v. 71] He spake of Judas Iscariot the son of Simon: for he it was that should betray him, being one of the twelve.

The devil put into Judas' heart the idea to betray Jesus:-

Joh 13:2 And supper being ended, the devil having now put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon's son, to betray him;

Later , Satan himself actually entered Judas :-

Joh 13:26-27 KJV Jesus answered, He it is, to whom I shall give a sop, when I have dipped it. And when he had dipped the sop, he gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon. [v. 27] And after the sop Satan entered into him. Then said Jesus unto him, That thou doest, do quickly.

The NET Bible Notes on 'son of perdition' say it "comes from the Greek "the son of destruction" , which is a Semitic idiom for one appointed for destruction; here it is a reference to Judas":-

Joh 17:12 While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost [ie has lost salvation], but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.

This was prophesied a thousand years previously:-

Psa 41:9 Even a man, my friend, in whom I trusted, who ate of my bread, has lifted up his heel against me.

Judas' betrayal was necessary to save mankind and he could not be punished for ultimately starting the events that saved mankind. Thus some people believe that Jesus asked Judas to betray him because he needed to be betrayed making Judas go to heaven.

If Judas hadn't betrayed Jesus then he wouldn't have been crucified and saved the world so why do we think of Judas as being evil?

While Judas played a role in the events leading to Jesus's crucifixion, it was ultimately part of God's plan for salvation. Judas's betrayal was a result of his own choices and actions, and he is often viewed as evil because of his deceit and betrayal of trust. His actions were driven by greed and selfishness, which are typically seen as negative characteristics.

If Judas had not betrayed Jesus will there be salvation?

Interpretations of the Bible will vary, but many believe that even if Judas had not betrayed Jesus, someone else would have. The scripture says "The Son of Man will go just as it is written about him." (Matthew 26:24). There are many who believe that the betrayal of Jesus was preordained, and part of God's larger plan to provide salvation to mankind.

How did Judas interfere with Jesus' mission?

Judas did not interfere with the ministry of Jesus at all. In fact Judas helped move it into its conclusion. Jesus came to earth form heaven to died for mankind's sin. All men are born sinners and God cannot abide sin so He sent His only begotten Son to earth to die in the place of man and remove sin from anyone who will accept Him as their Savior. Jesus had to die on the cross at Calvary and Judas was used to turn Jesus into the people who wanted to kill Him. If Jesus had not died we would have no salvation.
