Yes! although there are minor chances of life on Mars but still hope is there. according to scientists and pictures sent back by the Mars Rovers, there are clear signs that once water did did did flow on the surface of red planet. so if there was water,there may well be life still. somewhere deep into the Martian surface, Bacteria might still be active. there are a lot of research going on that and also NASA plans to send first manned mission to the 4th planet as late as 2033.
