No, it is not a fuse. More than likely your alternator is not functioning as it should. Drive the car to your local Auto Parts store and have them check the charging system.

Forget what it says in the owners manual. The fuse panel is on the kick panel in front of the passenger's side door, near the floor. Pull off the trim pane from the front, and the fuse panel cover from the bottom. There is a fuse diagram on the panel cover that's much more readable than what's in the owners manual. There's a fuse puller attached as well.

More than likely has 2 fuses. One in the fuse panel and another inline fuse somewhere between the fuse panel and the radio on the red power wire.

Radio fuse or it may be a combination fuse controlling more than the radio. It can be listed as accessory, lighter, etc. The radio may also have an inline fuse not located in the fuse panel.

I can only give you a partial answer. It will be one of the fuses in the fuse panel in the inside of the car. Is there a fuse layout on the back side of the puse panel cover? Owners manual, maybe. Sorry I could be of more help.
Depends on year and model. Normally, there's a fuse and relay box behind the kick panel on the driver's side. On more current production models, the fuse panel for the chassis nodes and such will be under the hood on the left side of the vehicle. On the T680, there's an additional fuse panel for the sleeper components, and that can be located through the left side sidebox.
