Some people out there in the world are just plain mean. If a kid is going on this website for answers on a school project and someone put the wrong answer on purpose it wouldn't be nice. That's one reason I don't use this website that much anymore.--It also depends on the question. Questions like: "What do i do with this?" are just begging to be answered in a similar fashion.
If you realize that the answer you posted is wrong, then go back and correct it. If you've posted an answer that you think is right but is actually wrong, then you will find your answer will have been blanked by another contributor and/or the correct answer put in its place.
