Is there poverty in east timor?

I am sure there are poverty there as there are indeed poverty everywhere else in the world. Even rich countries has got poor people.

I suppose the not rich countries are often happier.

this maybe because they do not expect so much here in life.

In some countries you are thought to be poor if you can not instantly buy a new TV when your old one breaks down.

In other countries you are thought to be rich if you manage to eat and not be hungry every day.
