Not directly. You'll need to take a bus or BART into SF and then pick up a bus from the central station. Or fly to a different airport, like Fresno or San Jose and get a bus from there. Modesto also has an airport; you might check into whether you can fly directly.

There are three main forms of public transportation from Oakland to San Francisco.

1) There are BART trains, which run fairly often, and will get you to the most locations.
