Answer 1: As a Woodfield high school diploma holder, I can tell you that it is accepted by employers and colleges. I am myself working full time and taking evening classes in the local community college. Accredited high school diplomas are generally accepted and recognized, this is your proof. However you need to understand that there different accreditation agencies. State Government's Department of Education do not provide accreditation and hence they cannot verify it. Usually the accreditation agencies verify that they have issued accreditation to a school/college or not. You can call the accreditation agency for the ask for verification.

Answer 2: It is REAL..I have talked with the Board of Education in South Carolina and they said it's real!

Answer 3: When checking a school's accreditation, be sure the accreditation agency is one approved by the CHEA or USDE.

Answer 4: I'm sorry, but only the third answer, above, comes anywhere near being good advice. And even it's inaccurate, at least regarding the high school level, because at that level only accreditors approved by USDE matter; CHEA concerns itself with post-secondary (college-level) stuff only. However, it's confusing, I concede, because what really matters at the high school level is that the high school is "regionally" accredited; and the six big US "regional" accreditors accredit both high schools and colleges, and so they're all approved by both USDE and CHEA. So, again, it can be confusing.

But now I pick nits. The far more important information that the reader needs, here, is this...

Both Woodfield "high school," and its equally good-for-nothing "university" are not only not accredited, but they're flat-out diploma/degree mills. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

One opinion:

All colleges/universities accept applications from accredited high schools. Woodfield is an accredited online school so their diploma should get acceptance in almost all colleges.

Another opinion:

According to the government report in the Related Link below, post-secondary schools will not accept this school's diplomas.

One opinion:

Woodfield or any other high school diploma only provides you credentials that you have academic knowledge of high school level. Colleges then look at your diploma your school grades and then they have various criteria. Various factors which you should checkout to improve your college application.

However, accepting your high school diploma does not mean that you get admission into college. Remember that admission to a college depends on several factors like your grades, extra curricular activities, admission essay, references, recommendation letters, financial creditability, scholarships, etc.

But just having a diploma is not a guarantee of admission into any college.

All colleges and universities accept accredited high school diploma. Online High schools need to be accredited in order to have acceptance of diplomas issued by them. Woodfield is fully accredited by Universal Accreditation Agency for Online Education (See the Related Link below, for comment on this)

It is not a guarantee that you will get the admission. Colleges evaluate admission applications based on various factors which may differ from one college to another.

It is simply not possible that an academic certification recognized in one state wouldn't get the recognition in any other U.S. State. However, in some cases there might be some laws in some states that would ask you to apply for special certification or licensing to practice in these states. Like for example healthcare professionals, lawyers, real estate agents. But this certainly does not apply to an accredited high school diploma.
