Is there really life out there?

There could well be life out in the universe we don't know for sure and their are many views about the subject. some people believe that there is life out there, many believe that if there was life out there that we would have found it by now surely, others think that its just a plain and simple answer of no. some people also believe that there is life out there as where would life have come from when an asteroid hit the earth many many years ago, then there's those who believe and have faith in their gods and their religion, did life come from evolution or from creation? nobody knows anything for sure and there is no right or wrong answer.
