There is no such thing as dumb questions. There are only out of mind and out of mood answerers. Every question will become relevant at least in one circumstance which could then be answered in that perspective. Framing a question doesn't necessarily need patience, but answering one does.
Well of course it's ok to ask dumb questions! What's dumb to you might be absolutley brilliant to someone else! But that's probably because that person has some mental issues.
