Are you asking because you got an email from someone claiming to be a Mr. Robert Owen from Islamic Bank of Britain who has a large amount of money that needs laundering and they're offering you a cut if you help them?
If so, then you are a complete idiot for even asking the question. It is a con-artist trying to scam you and your desperation for cash is blinding you to the obvious fraudulent nature of the email you received. You FOOL!
There probably is a senior person called Robert Owen at Islamic Bank of Britain. I expect that name appears on their website. The scam artists like to use the names of real people as idiots are more easily fooled if the con-artist uses a name that will show up in a Google search.
I hope you totally ignore this answer, respond to the scam artist and then get defrauded out of your life savings as you are clearly too stupid to cope with the money you have in your bank account. RETARD!
