Yes, there is such a thing as a million dollar bill, but not in United States currency. Other nations besides the United States use the dollar as their currency. They have had runaway inflation. During such times, they simply add zeroes to their currency. For them a million of their dollars is almost worthless. Anyone receiving such currency spends it immediately before it loses more value.

MoreThere are a number of novelty companies that sell fake "million dollar bills" in the US. Sometimes people mistakenly think they're real, but in fact they're joke items that are only worth as much as the paper they're printed on.
