It is, in theory, possible. However medical practitioners are bound by oath to use their skills and expertise for the benefit of the patient. It is likely that a doctor you may counsel over this would be very curious as to why you would want such a procedure, as I am. I don't want to jump to conclusions, but it is likely your doctor would refer you for psychiatric evaluation to determine the underlying cause for such a desire, before ever even considering approving such a procedure.
