It's best to be healthy. If you're healthy, your body will find the weight it naturally looks and feels best at. Some people are considered "fat" by BMI standards but are actually full of muscle mass and very healthy, and there are some thin people that eat a ton of junk food and have no muscle mass. It really just depends on the person.
