sort of. first you have infernape and charizard that are both fire types. next you have empoleon and palkia which are both water types. you should get rid of infernape and replace it with a dragon type like garchomp or dragonite. then you should get rid of palkia and replace it with a psychic type like espeon or brongzong. all the rest are pretty strong. this should be the final lineup. charizard staraptor empoleon dragonite/garchomp espeon/brongzong torterra hope this helps!

Electivire is only in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum, so it doesn't exist in Silver. To get one, you must trade Electabuzz while it is holding a electrizer, which is only found in Diamond/Pearl/Platinum, and it is not possible to trade between those games either.

Pikachu has been in a lot of major battles like charizard. Now lets compare downfalls 1. Charizard cost Ash to lose a league aftet refusing to fight 2. Charizard lost to Drakes Dragonite 3. Charizard lost to Harrisons Blazeiken 1. Pikachu has lost more battles than I can remember 2. He was beaten by Entei quickly 3. He lost to a Snivy OMG! All Im saying is this is no contest. Even though Pikachu has the type advantage, Charizard will still overcome him having beaten Blastoise and Articuno. Charizard will always be ashs strongest pokemon.

Is Empoleon Lucario Rotom alakazam Lucario and Dragonite a good Pokemon team?
It isn't bad, but I would make some adjustments: 1) NEVER have two of the same Pokemon on one team. Get rid of the Lucario with the worst stats, move pool etc. Maybe get a strong fire or grass type, like Magmortar or Vileplume. 2) Swap Rotom for something like a Magnazone or Electivire. Rotom hasn't got the best stats, nor does he learn many good moves. He's a good Pokemon, but there are better.

I think the best flying type pokemon is blastoise. He is my favourite all time pokemon and you can evolve him from squirtle by getting him from proffessor Oak after you defite the elite four. My secong favourite is venasaur. People say that charizard is a flying type but he doesn't even have wings. screw you charizard.
