Is this an okay relationship i am a grade older and i dont see her at all and when i do its just a simply hey or smile and we have been goin out for 4 months why is it still just a hye or smile?

Your relationship is dying man. It's also pretty boring, I almost fell asleep reading this. You need some sparkle in your relationship, more hanging out time needed. Get her some flowers and ask her out. Take her for long walks on the beach and into perfume stores, buy her her favorite scent. If after a month and nothing has changed, you need to seriously think about breaking up.
