Modern science has revised our understanding of semen, and some schools of Muslim teaching now regard semen as Halal. We accept that semen is not a waste product or pus or mucus... is is "life giving," healthy, pure and ritually clean (even if the sex still isn't).
It would be forbidden to put semen into the mouth of someone who did not want it.
the Answer B need reference. the hadith and verses said in answer B are irrelevant to question. none of them are abut swallow of semen.
also Islam does not follow science. the reference clearly saying swallow of semen is Halal should be mentioned.

I have done some research in this matter. I would say, generally speaking, that it is OK if: 1) the woman does not swallow the ejaculate, and 2) the man can not have oral sex with his wife when she is on her menstrual cycle (bleeding).
