Yes it is! According to this site, the nasty republicans have caused all of the problems the US has faced, from the Great Depression and up through the current economic malaise. It is unfortunate that the writers cannot try to be unbiased and stick to the facts.
By looking up previous things they have said in other different pieces of text. Comparing them, decide if you think they are biased, give your reasons in a list of Why it is biased and Why it is not Biased, if you Why it is outrules your It Is then you will know, if this is for school I have no ****ing clue.
If one says that a website, book or article is biased, one means that it is one-sided and not objective.
It takes a certain side, like if you vote democrat or republican. A website is biased if it is run, funded, or influenced by interests that support or oppose the subject of the site. For example, if the website states that cigarettes do not cause cancers and is funded in large part by a tobacco growers association, that site would be biased in opposition of medical tests that prove that cigarette smoking causes cancers.
Pretty much all of them. It's almost impossible to be completely impartial.
no. it is just a FRIENDLY site where people post questions and answers
Start with the government's cancer information site: http://www.cancer.gov. It will be the least biased of the lot.
you can not people can be biased and not biased
I think that question was biased! It almost made me think you were biased! It should be obvious my answer is biased! Sometimes I think that I.Q. test questions are biased!
Science is not biased.
A biased sample is a sample that is not random. A biased sample will skew the research because the sample does not represent the population.
Since anyone can answer questions... No, not really. Some particular answerers may be, of course. ____ That's a good question, but there is no easy answer. Since WikiAnswers allows anyone to ask or answer a question, some people who participate here are going to be liberally biased. Some will be conservatively biased, and there will be myriads of other biases as well. As a site, no, we're not liberally biased. We try to remain neutral and not take a side on controversial topics... except in a few cases where it might cause harm to someone.
