The translation of kalmah Tayyabah is: There is No god but Almighty Allah. (and) Muhammad (SAW) is his Prophet.
Shahadah is: I testify (I stand witness) that there is no god but Allah, the ONE and the Only having No Partner (No Associate whatsoever), and also announce that Muhammad is His servant and Prophet.
No Muslim can claim to be a Muslim without this besic belief.
