Yes.It is what dentists recommend. Fluoride is what kills plaque. It's the way to go!

Fluoride is a protectorate of teeth. It is a major reason for dental health in America because they added fluoride to tap water. It is however dangerous for the intestines which is why you should never swallow your toothpaste when brushing.

Yes it is. In all my experience as a dentist in Puyallup, WA I've always recommended it. Research indicates that it helps protect teeth, and kids that get the fluoride end up with less cavities.
