Is tursion a good tablet to buy?

I bought one under another name, but when it powers up it says Tursion on it. So far I have been able to do everything I wanted to do with a tablet. I have downloaded and paid for apps from the Google ap store, played various games that I have downloaded onto it. Used the downloaded Kindle e reader. Played downloaded TV shows. I really don't know what else I could use it for. It doesn't have dual front and back cameras so you can't do face to face. But you can use Skype. I would say that for the money, this tablet is excellent.
