Not really. The Great Maze is annoying, but otherwise, getting to Tabuu isn't too difficult.

There is. IF you pass sub space emissery on intense, all co-op and single player events on hard and classic on intense. You also need tabuu winged trophy. Then you will get it if you go to choose the colour of a character in brawl mode
