Actually primer and concealer are used for two different things. Primer can be for your lips or your eyes or you brows etc. and concealer is used to hide/ coverup blemishes you have. In my personal opinion I think you should use both, because primer makes your makeup last longer and concealer hides unwanted blemishes or scars. Although if you don't have pimples or blackeheads or scars, then just use the primer to make makeup last longer. By the way I think concealer and primer are both very important. Above your eyelid instead of using eye primer you could use foundation. Pad it into your eyelid so that your eyeliner/eyeshadow stays on longer than it normally would. Or use a liquid concealer works the same way!To get rid of circles under your eyes use concealer or foundation to cover them off.
