Yes, it is.
Yes, it is.
Yes. If it still smells strong enough to work, use it! It's not taken internally, so nothing to worry about except lack of effectiveness.
Vicks Vapor Rub is poisonous to humans if digested, I would suspect it's the same for dogs. So I wouldn't use it on a dog.
I am not aware of any test that looks for the ingredients in Vicks vapor rub, so I can't see how it could possibly cause you to fail a drug test. If you're exceptionally paranoid about it, tell the person administering the test that you used Vicks vapor rub and you want to make sure it won't interfere with anything. This person has to watch people pee in a cup all day, they could probably use a laugh.
Vick's vapour rub is not formulated to be rubbed on a burn, and may sting. Only use medication formulated to be used on a burn - if in doubt, ask a chemist or your doctor.
VICKS VAPOR RUB cures bar rot! Use it several times a day for several days and you will see. Since you will probably continue bartending-keep using it at the first signs of infection. It's a miracle!
It would probably not be best to use that on an infant, it can often be too harsh for them. I would suggest using a humidifier in the room instead, or heating up the shower, and standing in the steam. If there is a fever involved use an appropriate fever reducer, such as Childrens Motrin etc. Or infants tylenol. Good Luck and hope your little one feels better

Another way is to add water and vinegar and let foot or feet soak or you can add listerine water and vinegar and that will also help get rid of fungus.
