Absolutely not... Unless you go and repeat what you see onscreen there is absolutely nothing wrong with entertainment. I was raised a Christian and I am sick to death of religious nuts trying to create these unnecessary spiritual rules and stipulations and pretend like they are all-knowing and close to God because they think that what they believe is right. Watch whatever you want to watch, dear.
I absolutely agree with the above view and would like to add the following. Nothing wrong as long as you don't get addicted to it. Too much may create pshycologicall problem since mind is very power full and starts slowly believing in what it sees as natural.
Some might say. I am a Christian, who enjoys movies like Saving Private Ryan. However, Horror movies are not clean for your mind. Phillipians 4:8 clearly states that.
I wouldn't think so. But that all depends on your belief structure, I suppose.
watching a scary movie does not mean your less than a christian as long as you do not believe there real and try to do those things
Because you can't handle it?
The one your boyfriend will be afraid of is movies like Dora and Barney.But seriously any scary movie that you think IS VERY VERY scary will be scary enough for him. And if the movie is scary than its good (it will give him a reason to put his arm around you).
Horror = paranormal 1 & 2 ... suspense but not that scary!
That completely depends on what you are interested in watching. If you like dramas, I recommend Pretty Little Liars but if you scary movies, you might want to watch one of those instead.
i just get scared like what will jump out and i love scary movies and you should whatch one i recommend Friday the 13th series there funny too

I Can watch thousands of scary movies and not get scared but scream my a** off when toast pops out of the toaster

you watch it over and over, or with a friend or family member.
It might mean that he likes it when they scare you because then he can comfort you. Unless you actually like scary movies
My favorite 'scary movie' is Zombieland. This movie is more of a comedy than a horror movie.

Ross Lynch like to watch comedy,romantic,and i think he likes romantic comedy BUT he LOVES SCARY movies the BEST
watch a lot of them and become desensitized.
Watch the 'The Exorcist' first, then work your way around to other types of horror movies.
As long as the child understands that it is only a movie, and not real. Then no, I do not think they are a bad influence to kids. I grew up watching horror movies, and now they are one of my passions. I am a horror artist.
