yes water is recycled although we ask you to turn off the tap because the water we have in this world is still not enough to go around the whole world as many countries have no access to water therefore we need to save it otheriwse we will run out of water.

Is is okay to brush your teeth only once a day?

Brushing your teeth once a day is now recommended since over brushing is as much as a problem as not brushing them enough. You should use mouthwash and floss in the morning after breakfast and brush your teeth and floss before going to bed everyday. Chewing sugarfree gum 20minutes after every meal (or after as many as possible) will keep your mouth healthy and your teeth protected. Flossing is actually more important than brushing and so its something you should be more concerned about. ------------- Brushing your teeth 3 times a day is important as it makes sure that you're keeping bacteria away and stopping the forming of plaque. Also you need to floss and use a water pick to make sure all areas of your teeth are cleaned. While brushing you need to be careful not to press too hard cause that may damage your gums. Here's a video which shows the proper tooth brushing technique - http://www.checkdent.com/en/videos/tooth-brushing-tips-237.html
