I think it would be okay in a military high school.
It is ok but blue, green, and maroon do not go together
Yes, why should a corsage be reserved only for people who have dates. Just because you don't have a date for the prom doesn't mean you can't feel special by wearing the corsage whether you bought it yourself, or your parents or friend did. Half the time most people go to the prom with people they barely know anyway and then are stuck with them all night. Go by yourself, wear your corsage and have a blast.
yes
Yes, if white suits your skin color then it's okay. See the related links for some white prom dresses.

yes
it's ok, but quite small
yes.........ask her to prom?
No, even if she says its ok she probably is hurting inside so that is a definite no.
Well, from a scientific/medical view, there is nothing "wrong" or "bad" about it. It really depends on you, your environment/society, your family/friends, and, of course, the sister. If it's cool with everyone & not going to cause problems, then, Why not?
You bet it is ok. That is part of the fun of going to prom and being young!!! How else are you going to meet new people and expand your horizons.........
yes, but check with what the wife wants. They have been picturing this day forever and may just want you to wear a tux. Also if you wish to have an arch of steel (the swords that you walk under) the military people that do the sword thing should be in uniform and rate a sword (officers, marine ncos, or navy e7 of up)
