bolt on is better but cause more... I personally weld mine in 2004 and it starting to get loose. So i suggest u go with bolt on.
For cutting exhaust pipes, the proper tool is definitely better than a sawzall.
i header is much better than a manifold better it will give you increased air flow horse power and gas mileage

Welding would melt the base metal and filler metal while brazzing only melts the filler metal.

It depends on what metal you are welding and how thick it is, but in general, no. Any process that will raise enough heat for adequate weld penetration is for the most part equal.
While stock diesel systems are very loud they are not the loudest type of exhaust you can get. To get an exhaust that is extremely loud you're going to need to go with the custom or bolt on route.

Steel is such a commonly used metal that almost any welding machine can accommodate it. Some are better than others though. Steel is usually welded with either sick welding, or wire welding (gas shielded or flux core)
Flow master exhaust is usually cost more than factory exhaust. The benefits are better gas millage, more HP. and less restriction on the exhaust. Good choice on the exhaust.
Better heat distribution. The exhaust valve sees a lot more heat.
You will need much more than a screwdriver if you want to install exhaust fans alone. In this case, it is better to hire a professional.
