That depends on the environment that it was in. If it was a relatively germ-filled environment, then no... and it is always safest to throw things out if you aren't sure.
However, it could be fine, and heating it up to a cooking temperature again for enough time would likely make it safer, since lots of harmful things are destroyed at high temperatures.
