It depends on your prefered place you would like to dine at (some places have different styles of cooking it) but typically white rice is healthier than pork. That is, if you need more protein and other fatty (yet healthy) nutirents, than pork is better.

Use brown rice, try to avoid white rice, Brown rice are much more healthier than white rice and others. Some good recipes could be fried rice. Simply add your choice of vegetables and meat into a stirfry pan, and heat it up, then fry rice in it.
black rice is more healthier than white rice because since its black, it has more nutrients and its better for you but white rice is also good so any rice is good :)
