Wikipedia is created by users. The validity of the answers depends on who entered the answer, what references they used and how much they really know. Any good researcher will tell you never to trust what is there, but to always check it against valid sources.
It is a great place to start research from.
I would trust most of it as "probably true", but don't take everything you read there are serious fact, as the user who wrote/edited the article might not of known what he/she was talking about. In other words sometimes it's true and sometimes it's not.
Sadly, no, it is not always true. Many people have oppurtunities to change information on Wikipedia..and sometimes people put things that are not true on the pages.
Some is true and some isn't. Always get a back-up source of information besides Wikipedia (and besides other websites that have just copied what Wikipedia said).

Sadly not all of Wikipedia is true. Wikipedia is an online user generated encyclopedia which can be edited by anyone. Some of the people editing have no idea what they are talking about leading to incorrect content. While there are many people on Wikipedia that try to correct these mistakes, they cannot catch all of them.
