Is window ac compressor work in cold wearher because i have window ac 9000 btu I test it before week ago it was work and today i check it again the compressor doesn't work is it because of temp17?

The compressor is coming on because you have the heater set to defrost. Take it off defrost and the compressor will not come on. I would suspect the compressor is locked up.
