Sony did not make this easy for us PSP users. You must create a new folder in the (Drive Letter):/PSP folder named "MPROOT", then, you must rename your video (Must be in MP4 format with AAC codec) to something such as: M4V00019 or M4V10838. Then go to the video section on the PSP and it should come up.
