Cars don't have generators.
No, that will have no effect on the battery.
Sounds like your battery has a weak cell and needs to be replaced.
no it doesn't Corrosion on the top of a car battery can allow electrical flow from one post to the other which will drain the battery.
I'm not so sure :(
The battery just isn't holding a charge. Time for a new one. Batteries can die suddenly like this.
On some car yes it will.
The wrong spark plug wire(s) can cause engine problems including not running but won't drain the battery.
you can for a limited amount of time. without the belt your battery will die, and cause your car to die
Yes, if it is allowing the battery to be overcharged, it will ruin the battery.
If the alternator fails, it is no longer keeping the battery charged and your engine is running on nothing but battery power. Once the battery runs down, your engine will no longer run.
There are many sensor in today's vehicles, none of which would cause that. I suspect you have a charging system failure possibly a bad alternator.
A likely cause is the battery it might need to be replaced or fixed due to faulty wiring also it may come from the transmission as well
