Yes it can be, it will be a fight to have the company who did this to you correct the mistake, however it will be worth it.

unless the frieght is not damaged customer can accept the frieght but he can claim for compensation since its the fault of the transportation company. if he doesnt accept the frieght the company should compensate with customer explaining his position. if the frieght is not damaged, the claim of the customer is illegal.
