Isn't it called locked in the box when you are paralyzed in your sleep you can't move your body open your eyes or speak?

You mean when you are actually awake but can't move your body?
Its actually an energy field thing. When your energy field has moved up above the body, or shrunk into one area, the energy itself is also up above the body (or below) or whatever, so the even though the brain gives the 'move' signal, the muscles are unable to access energy to carry out the command. However, sooner or later, the energy field moves back into the body space, and muscle control is restored. You can read about the energy field and how to balance it etc. here;
