Sounds like Cystitis, an infection of the bladder, a UTI (urinary tract infection). See your doctor; you may require antibiotics to prevent the infection from spreading to your kidneys, which can become very serious.
Sometimes STDs can cause burning on urination as well.

I suppose there may be many reasons, but sometimes urine is more acidic than it should be, so when you urinate, you feel a burning sensation. This is just one reason, there may be other more serious causes.
