I don't think it's strictly "illegal" but most places won't do it if they're blatantly drunk.
The states that have such requirements (many -- Florida, for example -- do not) usually state that it cannot be done while a person is "under the influence." Tattoo law varies broadly, and is practically nonexistent in many states. Again, in Florida, a tattoo artist does not even have to be licensed, but only "under the supervision" of a dentist or physician.
It is not illegal, but I suggest not to get a tattoo.
yes.but it wont be illegal if you tattoo inside your house :pp
Racing greyhounds have an ID tattoo in their ear.
The Tattoo with the number 12 could mean that the person has been through a recovery program like AA Alcohol anonymous that has a 12 step program. the tattoo reminds that person what he or she may have been through / Recovery from Alcohol or drug abuse.
Yes, that would be illegal. The person impersonating your daughter's guardian can be charged. Tattoo shops are supposed to get a legal affidavit signed at a notary to prove the person accompanying your daughter is her legal guardian/parent. If the tattoo parlor failed to do this, or overlooked it, then they too can be in legal trouble.
No
It can be illegal if you don't have a licence === ===
It is illegal for a person under 18 to get one with out parent/guardian consent in writing.
No. You could have relations with your accountant and that's not illegal.
Why not? The answer is yes. Though, it might depend on where the miners happen to live or be... It is illegal in California for any minors to be tattooed, CA Code 653. It is illegal and punishable by law to tattoo a minor.
