Women in SAD churches can equally participate in service as the men can (difference is only in whether they can be ordained or not, but leading congregation in prayer does not require ordination) Women can be ministers in SDA churches, i know of two just in the state that i live in. Also women who are not ordained can preach, i have been baptised and preach at my local church.
