Built a house on Rusty's hill and now it wont let you inside? That's merely becase the game does not ask you to build Rusty a house so if you fo the game won't register it as Rusty's house. So if no one lives there you can't go inside... Did I oveerexplain that?

Have both of your sims sit in the car but if you have kids in the house it wont work. They'll start talking automaticly once their in there.

If you have to many houses already out then it doesn't let you add anymore.Like if you try to get married and you already have 8 Sims in house then it sends you a stupid message like the Sim government thinks more than 8 Sim's in the house is the cause of global warming so it wont let you get married!
How do you move in someone's house in sims 3?
First, make there relationship Best friends, good friend, or boyfriend/girlfriend. Then, be all nicey and romantic and the option "Ask to Move In" will pop up. Or, just save some money and buy a good house References: Im addicted to sims :)
Why wont your sims 3 wii let you buy any furniture?
You can buy furniture but there is a limit for a fire hazard. Soemtimes there is a glitch where you buy a house and it already says there is a fire hazard.
